Sabz Dasht was founded by Jafar Rowzati in 1980 in Isfahan, Iran. It aimed at mechanized planting and harvesting potatoes. For the first time in the country, potato planters and diggers were designed and built with a basic facilities. With enormous effort, row planting of potato was replaced for traditional planting in various parts of the country. This way, the successful application of machinery in planting and harvesting potatoes developed. Step by step over years, the hard path to potato mechanization in Iran was paved. As a result, conditions were provided to increase planting potatoes in the country.

Since then, Sabz Dasht has been successful obtaining various quality certificates and other national honors. It is known as the founder and pioneer in technical collection of planting and harvesting machinery. Maintaining and improving quality, and the trust created among farmers throughout 3 decades of hard work are considered a huge asset by this company.

In this department, the following machinery are manufactured:

1. Soil preparing, planting, cultivating, harvesting and grading potato machinery

2. Square baler, straw collector and chopper and hay bale loader.
3. Garlic and onion planters and diggers

The manufacturing department consists of cutting, machining, painting, assembling, engineering, quality control, and customer service sections in an area of 20,000 square meters in Mahmood Abad Industrial Zone, Isfahan.

This department has the great job of selling and exporting manufactured machines and imported machinery. This department is situated in Sabz Dasht headquarter in Khayyam highway, Isfahan. The commerce department consists of exhibition, marketing, sales, and international commerce sections. In addition to fulfilling the domestic needs through over 40 active agents, this department offers all machinery to more than 10 countries.

Having close and constant contact with farmers and considering their needs and suggestions, Sabz Dasht has always tried to offer the most efficient machinery.
